
Tracey has written to Steven Holliday, Chief Executive of the National Grid, opposing plans to construct 95 kilometres of pylons across Kent, the North Downs and Weald.
Tracey says: “We have some of the most beautiful countryside in Kent and to have ugly pylons built over it would be a crime against natural beauty, especially as the technology to bury cables underground exists and proves to be economically cheaper in the long term.”
