Tracey Plants ‘Royal Oak’ To Mark Diamond Jubilee

Tracey recently joined Lunsford Primary School in planting a tree in honour of The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.

Almost 250 people, who included children, staff, governors and parents, watched the appropriately named ‘Royal Oak’ be planted.

The tree was provided by the woodland trust as part of their Jubilee campaign to plant six million trees across the UK.

Tracey was asked to do the honours of planting the tree. She said:

“It was a real pleasure joining everyone at Lunsford School in planting a tree to mark the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.  To serve a country for sixty years is a massive achievement and it was a delight to mark this achievement with the children of Lunsford Primary School”.
