Tracey joined constituents over the weekend in remembering our lost soldiers at both the Snodland and Chatham Remembrance Parades and Services.

“It was an honour to join my constituents for another year of very moving remembrance services and parades. I feel very privileged to be the Minister responsible for these commemorative events and I can only say how hard both our local communities and the people in the World War 1 team work to ensure that we as a nation never forget the courage and sacrifice that many of our young men made for our freedoms one hundred years ago. I cannot fathom the courage of soldiers then or now but this year as I joined hundreds of others at services in Chatham and Snodland I was at least be proud of all the acts of commemoration across the nation that we deliver to remember those who died to secure us freedom. Lest we forget!”
