Tracey Supports Carers Week 2015

Tracey has again pledged her support to carers across Chatham and Aylesford as part of the national Carers Week 2015 awareness campaign, which runs from 8-14th June. There are 6.5 million people in the UK who care for a partner, relative or friend, of which 9032 carers are in Chatham and Aylesford. Without the right help and support, caring can have a devastating impact – carers can quickly become isolated, with their physical and emotional health, work and finances all hit hard.

Tracey Launches Medway Dementia Action Alliance

As part of her support for Dementia Awareness Week 2015, Tracey attended and spoke at the launch of the Medway Dementia Action Alliance, working to make our local community in Medway more dementia friendly.

Tracey To Host Pensioners Fair in Chatham

Given the huge success of Tracey’s first ever Pensioners Fair in Aylesford earlier this year, Tracey is delighted to announce that she is arranging the next one in Chatham.

Tracey Opposes Revised Lordswood Planning Application

Tracey Opens New MHS Development

On Thursday 19 March 2015, Tracey joined over 45 guests and staff from mhs homes to celebrate the launch of Theatre Quarter, built on the site of the historic Theatre Royal auditorium. 

Tracey Supports FA Skills in Chatham

Tracey spent time at Luton Road Junior School on Thursday 19th March and supported students take part in an FA Skills session. 

Tracey Supports Alzheimer’s Society Right to Know

On Tuesday 17 March Tracey pledged to make this election memorable by taking action to support the 850,000 people living with dementia across the UK.Tracey hosted an event in Parliament attended by over 200 other MPs and representatives from Alzheimer’s Society in Westminster to meet people with dementia and commit to support those affected by the condition. Tracey supported Alzheimer’s Society’s general election campaign that is calling for more people to get the dementia diagnosis they need and for everyone to be properly supported afterwards.
