This year they will celebrate their 100 year anniversary of providing practical, medical and financial support for cancer sufferers and their loved ones.
As well as constant campagining for better cancer care. There are lots of ways you can get involved and show your support for people suffering with this sad and deadly disease.

2011 Marks the Centenary of Macmillan Cancer Support. Please take the time to show your support for a great charity! There are many ways in which you can get involved; all support is welcome, no matter how big or small.
So join Macmillan, and myself, and help fundraise for people affected by cancer. From walks and runs to coffee mornings and golf days, there is something for everyone. For those who are feeling extremely ambitious join Team Macmillan, the official race charity, as a runner or cheerer for the Paddock Wood Half Marathon on Sunday 27 March.
I would encourage all constituents to get involved, be it taking part in a Macmillan event or running your own or simply making a donation to the cause. The work of Macmillan Cancer Support helps improve the lives of thousands of people who suffer from cancer and their loved ones.
